3 Way and 4 Way Press Brake Dies:

Our tooling is available in any length up to 24 foot for most common sheet metal and plate bending. Commonly used for their ability to be easily rotated so a different die width faces up for bending a different metal thickness. Our 3 way and 4 way dies come in many standard sizes or any custom combination of V openings you want for standard metal bending. The multiple different width die openings are great for bending different thicknesses or different types of metal. We also have them with a die holder slot. You can also order them custom made for radius forming. Every multiple V Die we make comes with threaded ends for installing rotation handles. Our riser blocks can be used as die holders designed to hold 4 way dies or standard dies.

Combination Press Brake Die & Die Holder:

We can also make a 2 Way or 3 Way Press Brake Die that has a standard 1/2 inch wide x 5/8 deep slot to allow your 4 sided die to be used as a Die Holder. Each Multi-Way Bottom Die can be made with threaded holes for handles at each end for easy rotation when you want to change which side faces up. Custom Made Four Way Dies:

We can custom make a 4 Way Die with any configuration you want. The picture shows a 3 standard sheet metal bending Vees and and 1 radius bending groove. Think of the possibilities. Each Multi-Way Bottom Die can be made with threaded holes for handles at each end for easy rotation when you want to change which side faces up.  Multi-Bend Four Way Press Brake Die

Press Brake Riser Block for standard bottom dies

Riser Blocks are used for two purposes: 1. To correct the height of your bottom die so that the top die can touch bottom at the bottom of your stroke. 2. The other purpose is to compensate for a worn bed on your press brake machine. We normally put set screws to lock your die in position. We can supply the riser block with bolt holes instead of a tongue on the bottom.

Press Brake Die Holder & Riser Block for 4 way dies and standard bottom dies

We manufacture Die Holders that can be made to hold a 4 way die or 3 way die that fits into dimension A. Or we can make it wider with positioning screws to hold multiple widths. We can also make it with a slot in the middle to hold a standard die. This die holder also then acts as a riser block. We can add lifting holes at each end if you want. We have 2 heights to choose from.
